As we continue expanding our branch office in Skopje, Macedonia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Track & Trace Specialist to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Track & Trace Specialist will be responsible for monitoring active loads, maintaining communication with drivers and brokers, and ensuring accurate updates throughout the transportation process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track active loads
Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure timely updates on shipment status.
Provide accurate and timely load updates
Identify and resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or route changes.
Ensure all shipment information is properly documented and updated in company systems.
Work closely with dispatch, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
Follow company procedures and transportation industry standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with all parties involved.
Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics operations within the USA market is preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
