The
**Senior Digital Marketing Manager**
leads the strategic direction and execution of performance-driven digital marketing initiatives, shaping how B2B campaigns generate measurable pipeline and revenue. This role defines how data, platforms, and cross-functional alignment converge to create scalable demand generation engines within a high-performance outsourcing environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead paid digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop campaign strategies aligned to business goals, including targeting, channel mix, and budget allocation
- Oversee end-to-end demand generation campaigns from concept to execution
- Drive continuous optimization through audience refinement, creative adjustments, and conversion improvements
- Translate business objectives into pipeline-focused marketing strategies
- Manage and mentor paid media specialists, ensuring alignment on performance and execution standards
- Collaborate with content, creative, web, and SEO teams to align campaign delivery
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Establish reporting frameworks connecting marketing performance to revenue outcomes
- Optimize use of platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and ABM tools
- Strengthen relationships with platform partners to maximize campaign performance and innovation
- Contribute to operational improvements and scalable marketing processes
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- **5-8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience focused on paid media and performance marketing**
- Proven expertise in
**Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads**
- Experience in
**demand generation strategies tied to pipeline and revenue growth**
- Demonstrated experience
**managing or mentoring digital marketing teams**
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure, targeting, optimization, and funnel metrics
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience using
**HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for reporting and lifecycle management**
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in campaign execution
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional leadership and alignment
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments
- Familiarity with ABM strategies, intent data, and audience enrichment tools
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and website performance
