, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Back Office Specialist to join our Energy Trading team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to contracts, confirmations, settlements, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with market and regulatory standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external counterpartie
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain trading contracts (EFET, ISDA, bilateral agreements).
- Issue and reconcile trade confirmations; resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
- Prepare and submit operational, compliance, and regulatory reports.
- Support settlement and invoicing processes; validate energy volumes and follow up on payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate across departments and external stakeholders for smooth trade execution.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in energy trading, utilities, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trading or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
