**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Tirana. The Recruitment Specialist will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers, providing training to new employees, and building relationships to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Supporting workforce planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies are also key responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting techniques, including identifying and attracting top talent
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and interact with team members effectively
- Experience in employee Training and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
