We’re currently looking for an
**Application & Infrastructure Engineer**
to join our team in Tirana.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and operate enterprise IT infrastructure (Linux & Windows servers)
- Ensure availability and performance of applications across production and test environments
- Handle application deployments, configurations, and release management activities
- Perform database operations (backup, cleanup, data extraction, updates)
- Administer middleware services (Apache, Tomcat, HAProxy)
- Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure and application issues
- Manage SSL certificates lifecycle (installation, renewal, validation)
- Support cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and migration activities
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues (TCP/IP, ports, firewall rules)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure service continuity
**Required Skills:**
- Strong experience with Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE)
- Good knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with middleware (Apache, Tomcat, HAProxy)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Experience with release and deployment tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting tools)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
