**Role Description**
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist, located in Tirana with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing sales efforts. Additional responsibilities include developing customer-centric campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing exceptional customer support, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and design impactful campaigns
- Experience in Sales and leveraging marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies leveraging analytics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in technology or SaaS industries is a plus
