**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including logos, branding materials, marketing assets, and user-friendly design layouts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role will involve using visual storytelling to support business goals and maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design principles and tools
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding
- Strong skills in Typography and its application in design layouts
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and its role in marketing strategies
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in digital marketing, design for apps/web, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
