Visual Content Creator

R&M Group is looking for a talented Visual Content Creator to bring our brands to life through high-quality visuals and creative storytelling. This role is focused on content creation, design, and visual identity — working closely with our social media team to produce content that stands out.

What you’ll do:

•⁠ ⁠Design visually engaging posts, stories, and promotional materials

•⁠ ⁠Create high-quality photo and video content for all Social Media Channels (Posts, Reels, Ads, TikTok, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and elevate the visual identity across all brands under R&M Group

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate on content ideas and campaign concepts

•⁠ ⁠Produce content for launches, events, and seasonal campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all visuals align with brand aesthetics and standards

What we’re looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics

•⁠ ⁠Experience in creating content for social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Good photography and videography skills

•⁠ ⁠Creativity and attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Ability to execute ideas quickly and efficiently

•⁠ ⁠Passion for food, lifestyle, and visual storytelling

Bonus:

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with restaurants or lifestyle brands

•⁠ ⁠Basic motion graphics or animation skills
