R&M Group is looking for a talented Visual Content Creator to bring our brands to life through high-quality visuals and creative storytelling. This role is focused on content creation, design, and visual identity — working closely with our social media team to produce content that stands out.
What you’ll do:
• Design visually engaging posts, stories, and promotional materials
• Create high-quality photo and video content for all Social Media Channels (Posts, Reels, Ads, TikTok, etc.)
• Maintain and elevate the visual identity across all brands under R&M Group
• Collaborate on content ideas and campaign concepts
• Produce content for launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure all visuals align with brand aesthetics and standards
What we’re looking for:
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms
• Good photography and videography skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to execute ideas quickly and efficiently
• Passion for food, lifestyle, and visual storytelling
Bonus:
• Experience working with restaurants or lifestyle brands
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
