**Your Role**
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Back Office to drive team performance and optimize processes. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and achievement of KPIs.
**What you’ll do:**
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Monitor performance and optimize workflows to improve efficiency
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and identify improvement areas
- Ensure data accuracy and proper execution of processes
- Act as the main point of contact between team and management
- Provide regular reporting to HQ in Germany (in English)
- Prepare performance reports and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage team challenges, conflicts, and support development
- Drive process improvements and performance optimization initiatives
**What we’re looking for:**
- Previous experience in a Team Lead / Supervisory role
- Background in operations, back office, digital advertising, or performance-driven environments (automotive is a plus)
- Strong understanding of KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on leadership style with a problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
