**Dispatcher**

to join its team in Skopje.

Skopje, on-site

**Working hours:**

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

**Position:**

Full-time

**Requirements:**

- Minimum
**2 years of experience as a Dispatcher**
- Experience with
**Reefer and Flatbed**

operations
- Good knowledge of the
**U.S. trucking market**
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Experience with
**DAT / Truckstop**

is considered a plus

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinating drivers across the U.S.
- Booking and managing loads for Reefer and Flatbed operations
- Communicating with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Tracking pickups, deliveries, routes, and schedules
- Handling daily operational issues professionally
- Maintaining accurate updates and documentation
