**Client Relationship Coordinator (Aesthetic Clinic) – Tirana**
*About the Role*
On behalf of a well-established and growing
**aesthetic clinic**
in Albania, we are looking for a
**Client Relationship Coordinator**
who will manage patient communication and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to consultation booking.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a client-oriented mindset and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage incoming patient inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone
- Provide clear and structured information about treatments and services
- Qualify and guide patients based on their needs before consultation
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations/appointments
- Follow up with patients to ensure a high-quality experience
- Coordinate closely with medical staff to manage patient flow
*Requirements*
- 2–3 years of experience in
**customer service, client management, or sales-oriented roles**
- Excellent command of English (Italian is a plus)
- Background in medical, nursing, or healthcare-related fields is an advantage
- Strong written communication skills (especially on messaging platforms)
- Professional, calm, and structured communication style
- Ability to understand client needs and guide them effectively
