- Strong background in Finance and the ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Business Planning

- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and decision-making at a leadership level
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
