**Role Description**
The Sales and Service Specialist will manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee sales transactions. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, conducting sales activities, coordinating product and service delivery, and providing training to customers. This is a full-time on-site role based in Skopje, requiring hands-on engagement with clients and team members to deliver outstanding service and solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Skills in Sales and Sales Management, including experience managing the sales cycle and achieving targets
- Experience in Training customers or team members on products and services
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with teams
- Prior experience in industrial equipment or related sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
