We are currently looking for a
**Junior Backend Developer**
to join our team and contribute to the development of real-world software systems from an early stage.
This role is suited for someone at the beginning of their career who is motivated to learn, improve, and work on practical projects. You will be involved in building backend services, APIs, and system logic that power web and mobile applications, while working closely with frontend developers and the rest of the team.
Our primary backend stack is based on .NET, but we are open to candidates with experience in similar technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python. What matters most is a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
We are looking for someone who understands how backend systems work, has basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and application logic, and is eager to improve through hands-on experience. Clean code, attention to detail, and a structured way of thinking are important for this role. Exposure to deployment, hosting, or cloud environments is a plus, especially if you have worked on deploying your own projects.
Previous experience is not strictly required, but any personal projects, internships, or GitHub work are highly valued.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder, gain exposure to real client projects, and grow as a backend developer in a fast-moving environment. Continuous guidance and training will be provided as part of your development.
The position is primarily

and based
**on-site**
at our office
**in Tirana**
. However, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for students to accommodate academic commitments. Compensation is negotiable based on skills and potential.
