Norstat is looking for an ambitious and motivated Project Manager to lead a growing number of data collection and research projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, and are ready to take ownership from proposal to delivery, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, international teams, and internal departments to ensure the successful implementation, execution, and delivery of high-quality research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical implementation of online surveys
- Assisting with advising Austrian and Swiss clients on methodological approaches
- Data preparation, analysis, and timely delivery of datasets and results to clients
- Post-project follow-up
- Project coordination with other departments and external partners
- Client consulting, particularly during the proposal phase
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of IT systems and/or online market research is a plus
- Experience with target groups and sampling processes is beneficial
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- General interest in market research and online surveys
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Quick learner
