**We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Engineer (Mid-Level, Manual Testing)**
We are looking for a talented and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, planning and executing manual tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in manual QA, a solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and a proactive approach to improving product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Perform smoke, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure software stability and reliability
- Identify, document, and track defects using established tools and processes
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Contribute to improving QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and clarity
- Stay up to date with industry trends and testing techniques
**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience reviewing requirements and defining test scenarios
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies for web and mobile applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
