Responsibilities also include overseeing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regular travel may be required to meet clients, attend events, and represent Rekruto.al in the region.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Albanian; English proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus
- Availability to travel locally as needed
