Junior Digital Specialist

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Digital Specialist based in Tirana. The selected candidate will engage in daily responsibilities such as developing and implementing digital strategies, supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing projects, and analyzing performance metrics. Effective communication with internal teams and clients will be essential to ensure projects meet objectives and align with company goals.

**Key Responisibilities**

- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Support the management of social media platforms and content scheduling
- Contribute to copywriting and basic visual content creation
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support basic SEO activities and website content updates
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
