**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site position for a Marketing Director based in Tirana, Albania. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, overseeing marketing and sales operations, and managing marketing teams. The role involves close collaboration with departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals, as well as driving growth and customer engagement through effective campaign management.
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Marketing;
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in managerial positions within the marketing field;
- Experience in similar companies will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in English and Italian, as well as strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
- Valid driving license.
