Arkadë Studio is an independent creative studio based in Tirana, working across brand identity, visual communication, content and design. We work with brands in hospitality, lifestyle, culture and other industries, each with its own character, audience and way of communicating.
We're looking for a
**Social Media Manager**
who combines strategic thinking, a strong visual eye and excellent writing skills with the ability to create content, manage clients and keep multiple projects moving. This is a hands-on creative and operational role. We're looking for someone who can develop ideas, bring them to life and take responsibility for the entire process.
What you'll do
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans for different clients.
- Create original content ideas and concepts tailored to each brand.
- Write, edit and proofread compelling social media copy in both Albanian and English.
- Film and edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and other social formats.
- Work closely with designers, photographers and other creatives to maintain a consistent and distinctive visual direction.
- Build and manage content calendars, scheduling, approvals and publishing across social platforms.
- Communicate directly with clients, collect briefs and feedback, follow up on approvals and keep projects moving.
- Monitor performance, analyze results and prepare monthly reports with meaningful recommendations.
What we're looking for
- **Proven professional experience**
in social media management and content creation.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication in both Albanian and English**
, with the ability to write naturally, accurately and confidently in different brand voices.
- **A strong visual eye and refined aesthetic judgment**
, with a genuine understanding of composition, photography, typography, visual storytelling and contemporary design.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively, rather than simply following trends or filling content calendars. Experience managing multiple brands or accounts while maintaining distinct visual identities and tones of voice.
- Flexibility, initiative and a collaborative mindset. We're a creative studio, and the role involves both independent ownership and teamwork.
