**Role Description**
As an Agjent Imobiliar at Future Home Urban, you will work full time on-site in Tirana, supporting clients through the complete real estate transaction cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and listing properties, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and facilitating negotiations between buyers, sellers, and renters. You will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions in agency systems. The role also involves actively building and nurturing a client portfolio, staying informed about local market developments, and representing Future Home Urban with a professional, client-focused approach.
**Qualifications**
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse client needs.
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to manage property transactions and interactions effectively.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple listings, meetings, and documentation accurately.
- Basic digital and office technology skills, including use of CRM tools, email, and standard office software.
- Knowledge or interest in the local real estate market in Tirana and surrounding urban areas.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate within a team, and operate independently toward clear targets.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Fluency in Albanian; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
