**Role Description**
The Afterhours and Maintenance Professional is a full-time, hybrid role based in Skopje, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. This role oversees afterhours operations, including monitoring trucks, coordinating responses to breakdowns, and communicating with drivers and customers to resolve issues promptly. Daily responsibilities include tracking equipment status, scheduling and following up on maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met. The role involves close collaboration with dispatch, mechanics, and management to minimize downtime and maintain fleet reliability. The Afterhours and Maintenance Professional also prepares basic reports, updates systems with maintenance activities, and supports continuous improvement of procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues and priorities during afterhours operations.
- Experience in vehicle or fleet maintenance coordination, including scheduling repairs, tracking service history, and communicating with repair vendors or mechanics.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills, such as using tracking software, maintaining logs, and preparing status reports.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including reliable internet access and a suitable home working environment.
**Experience**
At least 6 months of experience is needed.
**Salary based on experience $1500+ plus benefits.**
