**Role Description**
The Credit Assessment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of clients and partners, analyzing financial data and payment histories, and preparing clear, well-structured assessment reports. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation, applying internal credit policies, monitoring risk indicators, and recommending credit limits or terms. The specialist collaborates closely with finance, sales, and operations teams, communicates assessment outcomes, and contributes to the continuous improvement of credit evaluation processes.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills and Assessment capabilities to review financial information, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Education and Training related to credit processes, financial literacy, or risk management, or willingness to develop these competencies.
- Background in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field; prior experience in credit analysis or risk assessment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools, and familiarity with digital platforms or HR/fintech products is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
