Job Title: Head Chef (Part-Time contract)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Nigerian restaurant in Durrës.
Responsibilities
1. Manage overall restaurant and kitchen operations
2. Approve the release of resources to the kitchen
3. Manage supplier relationships and interactions
4. Carry out other duties as assigned (responsibilities are not limited to those listed).
Requirements
1. Experience in managing a new restaurant (licensing and communication with legal authorities)
2. Proven track record of running a restaurant effectively
3. Relevant professional certifications (culinary, food safety/HACCP or equivalent)
4. Knowledge and experience of restaurant licensing and regulatory requirements in Albania
5. Fluent in Albanian and can communicate in English.
