Video Editor (remote, Balkans, B2B contract)
We are looking for a fast, trend-aware video editor to turn our raw footage into short videos that stop the scroll. You will edit reels and campaign videos for our clients in Germany, fully remote from the Balkans.

BlütenSturm is a creative and marketing agency from Würzburg, Germany. We build brands, websites, social media, ads, events and corporate trainings for businesses, and we are expanding across Europe.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for several client brands every week, from footage our team films in Germany
- Build a strong hook in the first second, then pacing, captions, music and sound design
- Cut event recaps, vox pops and in-store promotion videos
- Combine filmed footage with AI-generated clips and simple motion graphics for ads and campaigns
- Export every video in the formats each platform needs (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and make ad variants for testing
- Keep projects, music and brand assets organised so anyone on the team can find them
What you bring
- 2+ years editing short-form social videos, with a portfolio that shows it
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, plus CapCut or After Effects for captions and motion
- A good eye for trends, rhythm, typography and colour
- Working English (B2 or better)
- Your own computer, software and a reliable internet connection
- Registration as a freelancer or company in your country, so you can invoice us (B2B)
Nice to have
- German, since many captions are in German
- Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield or Runway
- Food, restaurant or hospitality content
- Motion design and animated typography
The contract
- B2B contract, fully remote, from anywhere in the Balkans
- Scope: [number of videos per month] or [hours per week]
