**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for leading and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, user training, and providing ongoing support. They will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, deliver value-driven solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central within their operations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and achieve project timelines.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and workflow optimization
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a focus on streamlining organizational processes and implementing tailored solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Finance concepts and processes, particularly in relation to ERP systems
- University Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration, and business process management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
