We are looking for a
**Senior Salesforce Developer**
to join our growing team in Tirana, Albania.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development, integration and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality applications for international clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and maintain custom applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform;
- Develop and optimise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL;
- Configure and customise Salesforce functionalities, including Flows, validation rules, triggers and automation processes;
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs;
- Analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into effective and scalable technical solutions;
- Support the implementation and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce products;
- Ensure code quality, performance, security and maintainability through appropriate development standards and best practices;
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution;
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Support deployment activities, version control and CI/CD processes.
**Requisiti**
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce development;
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flows;
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, security and sharing mechanisms;
- Proven experience with Salesforce customisation, configuration and application development;
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications through REST/SOAP APIs;
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns and software engineering best practices;
- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, deployment processes and CI/CD tools;
- Ability to independently analyse technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions;
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and teamwork skills;
- Professional proficiency in Italian (B2/C1 or higher), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
**Nice To Have**
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I;
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud;
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware technologies;
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset or Jenkins;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
- Good command of English.
