**Cash Reconciliation Manager**
📍 Location: Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Kompleksi E88, Laprake, Tirana, Albania

**Responsibilities:**
- Reconcile bank and clearing account balances during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Allocate bank transactions to the corresponding business transactions.
- Process and post financial transactions in Oracle.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing processes and improving accounting efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Initial experience in accounting or a similar position.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
- A structured, independent, and reliable working style.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Office applications.
- Very good written and spoken English.
