We are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional who can deliver training aligned with the Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP) program by CertNexus.
The role combines practical Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning knowledge with the ability to explain how AI solutions are selected, developed, trained, evaluated and implemented in real-world environments.

Certification as a trainer is not required. We are seeking professionals with strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the potential to grow into a training role.
Selected trainers will have the opportunity to obtain the relevant Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP) certification and trainer authorization.
**Who you are:**
- Higher education in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
- Practical experience with the end-to-end Machine Learning workflow
- Experience with data preparation, cleaning and feature engineering
- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model selection
- Experience with model training, evaluation, optimization and performance metrics
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning techniques
- Understanding of regression, classification and clustering approaches
- Knowledge of decision trees, random forests and other commonly used ML algorithms
- Understanding of neural networks and Deep Learning concepts
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision concepts
- Understanding of AI implementation, responsible AI, ethics and governance
- Experience working with libraries and frameworks such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong presentation and communication skills
**Previous teaching or training experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions aligned with the CAIP program
- Explain Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts in a clear and structured way
- Connect theoretical concepts with real-world business and technical scenarios
- Guide learners through data preparation, Machine Learning workflows and practical exercises
- Teach model selection, training, evaluation and optimization
- Support participants in understanding how AI and ML solutions are implemented in practice
- Facilitate discussions around responsible AI, ethics and governance
- Guide learners through labs, exercises and practical assignments
- Stay updated on developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Collaborate with the Semos Education team on training delivery and continuous program improvement
