**Role Description**
The Transport Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Skopje. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating daily transport operations, including organizing routes, scheduling shipments, and monitoring delivery status. The Transport Coordinator communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of issues. Daily tasks include managing transport documents, updating systems with shipment data, tracking performance, and supporting continuous optimization of transport processes. The role also involves maintaining strong customer service standards, adhering to safety and compliance requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency and reliability.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Operations Management and Transportation Management skills to oversee daily transport activities and optimize logistics processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to liaise effectively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination, ideally within the automotive or related industries.
- Proficiency with transport management or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, email tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Skopje, handle time-sensitive tasks, and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Working proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or regional languages) are an advantage.
