LACONICS is looking for a highly experienced Senior Power BI & Data Warehouse Expert with strong technical expertise, extensive banking industry experience, and the ability to independently design, propose, and implement complex Business Intelligence solutions.
We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented technical expert who can take full ownership of BI initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive technical decisions rather than simply execute predefined tasks
**Key Requirements**
- **6+ years of professional experience**
in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Warehouse development.
- **Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the banking or financial services sector**
, working with complex financial data, banking systems, and reporting requirements.
- Advanced expertise in
**Microsoft Power BI**
, including complex data modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query (M), Power BI Service, and enterprise-level reporting solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in
