- Build delivery plans with clear owners, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate capacity, estimates, budgets, and delivery commitments.
- Keep Jira work ready, visible, and moving; prioritize unblocking the team.
- Run focused daily coordination and escalate risks before deadlines slip.
- Coordinate engineering, design, QA, reviews, demos, and releases.
- Track scope changes, approvals, quality gates, and client sign-off.
Expected Outputs
- Delivery plans, milestones, and clearly assigned responsibilities.
- Accurate Jira statuses, risk logs, and decision logs.
- Accepted releases with documented quality checks.
How Success Is Measured
- On-time delivery and predictability.
- Cycle time, blocked time, and rework.
- Budget variance, defect escape rate, and client acceptance.
Decision Boundary
The Delivery Manager owns delivery timelines and execution coordination. The Product Owner owns product value and prioritization. The role aligns with existing project management responsibilities in the internal workflow.
