**About the job**
The Marketing Specialist manages marketing and customer operations for a growing client business. The role covers social media, content, email marketing and paid social, along with booking administration and customer communication. A key part of the work is automating repetitive processes so the business can grow. This is a part-time position.
**Minimum qualifications**
- At least two years in a marketing role covering content, email marketing or social media.
- Experience building or managing email sequences and sales funnels in a marketing automation or CRM tool.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, including how campaigns are structured, how to read results, and when something needs attention.
- Strong writing skills for blog posts, newsletters and customer emails.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Canva, and quick to learn new software.
- Able to take ownership of a process, make decisions, and ask the right questions when something is unclear.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience with SEO, or with automation tools like Zapier or Make, is a plus.

Responsibilities**
- Plan, create and publish social media content across the business's channels.
- Write blog posts and newsletters that build search visibility and keep past and potential customers engaged.
- Build and improve email nurture sequences and sales funnels, from first inquiry to confirmed booking.
- Support paid social campaigns on Meta by reviewing performance and recommending changes.
- Respond to inbound email inquiries and feed new leads into the sales funnel.
- Set up new bookings in the booking software and manage customer communication through to delivery, using existing templates and procedures.
- Prepare designs in Canva and send them to customers for approval.
- Deliver finished files to customers through the online delivery platform.

- Bring forward ideas, test them, and report on what worked
