We’re looking for someone to join us full-time, Monday through Friday, from 12:30 to 21:00.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- No experience? No problem. We value passion, drive, and the ambition to succeed!
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills to make the perfect match between candidates and jobs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent sales abilities and negotiation skills.
- Stellar communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Availability for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, in our office.
**Your Mission as a Recruiter:**
- Hunt down the best financial talent in the market using your sharp instincts.
- Build connections with potential candidates on a variety of platforms.
- Lead interviews and assessments to match top candidates with incredible job opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients, creating lasting partnerships.
- Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, economic news, and industry shifts to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure we hit our targets and keep the momentum going.
