**Role Description**
The Road Marking Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania. The Road Marking Machine Operator will operate and monitor road marking machinery to apply thermoplastic, cold plastic, acrylic, and other high-performance systems according to project specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include preparing work sites, loading materials, setting up machines, performing basic equipment checks, and ensuring accurate alignment and application of road markings. The role involves working closely with the technical team, following traffic management and safety procedures, documenting work performed, and reporting any equipment issues or irregularities. The operator may also assist with routine maintenance, cleaning of machinery and tools, and support other road safety and marking activities as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to operate and monitor road marking Machine Operation and related Machinery safely and efficiently.
- Experience using Hand Tools and basic equipment for setup, maintenance, and minor adjustments.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure accurate, durable, and compliant road markings.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with site supervisors, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and traffic management procedures on construction sites.
- Previous experience in road construction, marking, or industrial machine operation is an advantage.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machinery or construction fields is a plus.
