HR Manager – Skopje Office (New Office Setup)

LuckyStreak is a leading B2B live casino and content aggregation provider serving operators worldwide. We are expanding our presence in North Macedonia and opening a new office in Skopje. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (3–5 years) to join us at this exciting stage. You will play a key role in setting up HR operations from the ground up, supporting the hiring of new team members, and then managing day-to-day HR activities as the office grows.
About the Role
As the first HR professional in our new Skopje office, you will work closely with the Managing Director / Engineering Manager to build solid HR foundations. In the initial phase you will focus on recruitment and office setup. Once the team is established, you will transition into full HR management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Initial phase (setup & growth):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
- Help establish HR processes, policies, and best practices tailored to the local market and company culture
- Support onboarding of new hires and create a smooth employee experience from day one
- Assist with practical office setup topics related to people (contracts, benefits structure, local compliance)
Ongoing responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee relations, performance management support, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance with North Macedonian labour law
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Support managers with people-related advice and processes
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or recruitment-heavy background preferred)
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment (preferably in tech, IT, or iGaming is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of North Macedonian labour legislation and employment practices
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a startup/scale-up environment
- Excellent communication skills in Macedonian and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, hands-on mindset – comfortable building processes from scratch
- Experience with HR tools / ATS is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field is preferred
