**ABOUT THE ROLE**
At first, you will be a generalist, working across:
- production;
- recruitment and administration;
- suppliers and external partners;
- and whatever else needs to be done.
One day you may be talking to a government office, the next interviewing a production employee or helping prepare a production workplace. You will work closely with our existing site in the Czech Republic.
**The position also includes an extended period of training and onboarding in our Czech factory.**
This is not a role with a fixed job description. Your responsibilities will develop with you and with the growth of the company.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are looking for someone who is:
- flexible and comfortable with different tasks;
- knowledge of electronics / technology / mechanical engineering will be a plus
- practical, solution-oriented and confident;
- able to take responsibility and work independently;
- quick to learn and willing to figure things out;
- comfortable working without detailed instructions;
- fluent in English – no certificate required, but you need to communicate confidently;
- driven and motivated to grow with the company.
Your current job title is less important to us than your potential, initiative and attitude.
Perhaps you have helped run a family business, started your own project or tried to build something of your own – even if it didn’t work out. We are interested in people who have taken initiative, learned from experience and are willing to try, build and figure things out.
