**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Skopje. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily truck movements, assign loads, and manage driver schedules to ensure on-time pickup and delivery across multiple lanes. Responsibilities include monitoring load status, updating internal systems, and maintaining continuous communication with drivers, brokers, and shippers. The role involves resolving routing issues, adjusting plans for delays or emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. The Dispatcher will also collaborate with operations and safety teams, document key load details, and contribute to efficient, reliable service for customers.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with drivers, shippers, and brokers.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple loads and priorities.
- Comfort with computer-based dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and basic data entry.
- Ability to analyze routing options, identify issues quickly, and make sound, timely decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting load information, schedules, and updates.
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that may require shift work or extended hours.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or business is an advantage.
