**About Limak Skopje**
Limak Skopje is developing a major mixed-use project in the heart of Skopje, comprising approximately 325,000 m² of residential, retail, office, hospitality and public infrastructure facilities. The project is transforming the city center and creating a modern urban destination for living, working and leisure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required documentation and support.
- Support the Finance team with accounting, reporting and other financial activities.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Experience with local accounting software and

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
