**Title**
LCV EUCOM Kosovo: Project Time Keeper
**Job Summary**
The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording, reviewing, and maintaining employee time and attendance information for the assigned project site. The position supports payroll processing by ensuring employee hours, labor distributions, wage calculations, and adjustments are accurately documented and processed in accordance with applicable requirements.
**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked for employees assigned to the project site.
- Review, complete, and process employee timesheets.
- Post and balance timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and process labor distributions and payroll recaps.
- Assist with the computation of wages and applicable payroll adjustments.
- Prepare payroll information for processing and support payroll closeout activities.
- Maintain required timekeeping, payroll, and project-related records and reports.
- Identify and assist in resolving timekeeping or payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure timekeeping and payroll documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Support employees and management with routine timekeeping and payroll-related questions as needed.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, And Certifications)**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of timekeeping or related payroll experience.
- Computer experience and ability to work with electronic timekeeping and payroll-related systems.
- Working knowledge of employee benefit plans and applicable payroll requirements and regulations.
- Knowledge of applicable EEO policies and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and payroll information appropriately.
- Intermediate in English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an Intermediate level.
- Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous timekeeping or payroll experience in a project-site or similar operational environment.
- Experience supporting payroll preparation, reconciliation, adjustments, and payroll closeout activities.
- Experience working with labor distributions and employee timekeeping records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple payroll and timekeeping deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills when addressing timekeeping discrepancies and employee inquiries.
