Economist

**Hotel Splendor is hiring an In-House Economist

Hotel Splendor, part of Splendor Group, is looking for an experienced in-house economist to manage the group's finances across our hotel, bar and restaurant operations, as well as our construction projects.

What we are looking for:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector (hotel, bar/club, restaurant) and in construction
- Very good knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards
- Experience with financial software and Excel
- Accuracy, integrity and the ability to work independently

Main responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping and preparation of tax declarations
- Managing cash, bank, supplier accounts and inventory
- Cost control for the bar, restaurant and construction sites
- Payroll and monthly reporting to management
