As a
**Talent Sourcer**

, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent across multiple markets and business areas. You will recruit both permanent employees for Nion and consultants for client assignments in Sweden.
This is a dynamic role requiring someone who is comfortable switching between different technologies, professional profiles, locations, and hiring needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions across Nion's locations (Macedonia, Sweden & Bulgaria)
- Source and engage candidates for consulting assignments with clients in Sweden.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles.
- Proactively identify and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across relevant markets.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote Nion as an employer of choice.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and industry professionals.
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or sourcing.
- Experience recruiting for IT and technology roles, either:within an IT/software development company, or through a recruitment agency specializing in technology profiles.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets.
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, AI Specialists, Cloud Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and similar profiles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience recruiting consultants or contractors.
- Familiarity with ATS.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing recruitment priorities.
- Curious and eager to learn about new technologies and talent markets.
- Comfortable switching between different job profiles, seniority levels, and locations.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team.
