We are looking for a
**Product Manager**
to own and evolve our e-commerce website as a product, driving its development, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Marketing, UX/UI, Sales, Inventory, and Tech to identify problems and opportunities, define priorities, and turn business and customer needs into effective product solutions.

This is a hands-on role. You will not simply receive requests and turn them into tickets, you will proactively identify what needs to be improved, challenge assumptions, use data to make recommendations, and drive initiatives from problem identification through launch and post-launch analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Product Strategy*

- Own the product roadmap, priorities, and backlog, aligning them with business, marketing, and customer needs.
- Partner with Marketing to translate campaign and commercial objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Challenge and refine incoming requests by understanding the underlying business problem and identifying the most effective product solution.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey using data, customer behaviour, feedback, and commercial performance.

*Website and Customer Experience*

- Own the continuous improvement of the website and e-commerce customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Take an active role in CRO, developing hypotheses, defining improvements, and working with Marketing, UX/UI, and Tech to implement and measure them.
- Improve key parts of the buying journey, including, account registration and verification, license verification, bulk and tiered pricing, promotions and coupons, product bundles, quick reorder, shipping and delivery options, checkout and payment, invoicing, after-sales activities
- Ensure the website is ready to support campaigns, promotions, product launches, pricing changes, bundles, and customer segmentation.

*Product Development*

- Work closely with the development team to define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements.
- Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Own backlog grooming and prioritization and participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other relevant ceremonies.
- Provide developers with the context they need to understand why something needs to be built, not just what needs to be built.
- Coordinate releases and communicate timelines, changes, dependencies, and potential impact to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies between product, development, marketing, and external partners.

*UX/UI Collaboration*

- Work closely with the UI/UX designer to translate business and customer needs into effective experiences.
- Provide clear briefs that explain the customer, problem, task, business objective, constraints, and expected outcome rather than simply requesting a specific page or design.
- Review proposed solutions and ensure they solve the underlying customer or business problem.

*Data and Integrations*

- Own and improve product data quality across the website, including, product information, pack sizes, descriptions, claims, images, regulatory documentation
- Ensure that only approved products and information are visible to the appropriate customer groups.
- Coordinate integrations with systems such as CRM, OMS, payment providers, credit terms, and logistics platforms.
- Ensure that key master data and order statuses remain accurate and synchronized across systems.

*Stakeholder Feedback*

- Collect and structure feedback from Sales, Marketing, customer-facing teams, and key accounts.
- Translate qualitative feedback into clear product opportunities and prioritized initiatives.
- Ensure communication between Marketing, Tech, UX/UI, and other stakeholders is clear and actionable, including relevant context, dependencies, and expected impact.
- Act as the main product point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

*Continuous Improvement*

- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of product and marketing-related changes.
- Track metrics such as, conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, customer lifetime value, cart abandonment, customer satisfaction, website rating and engagement
- Evaluate the impact of releases and initiatives after launch.
- Use data, customer feedback, and business results to determine what should be improved, changed, or prioritized next.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience

**What We're Looking For**

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Manager, E-commerce Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working closely with development teams and translating business requirements into clear product requirements.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital products, and customer journeys.
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of CRO, UX, analytics, and digital customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Tech teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercially minded and comfortable challenging requests and proposing alternative solutions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, CRM/OMS, payment systems, or other e-commerce infrastructure is a strong plus.
