Telelink Infra Services Albania is looking for a Business Analyst to support the company with financial, economic and operational analysis, performance monitoring and data-driven insights.
The role will be responsible for analyzing business and financial information, monitoring performance against plans and targets, identifying trends and deviations, and providing clear analysis to support management decision-making.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong financial/economic background, combined with solid analytical skills and previous experience in financial analysis, business analysis, controlling or a similar role.
***Key Responsibilities***
- Analyze financial, operational and business data to support management decision-making.
- Monitor revenues, costs, profitability and overall business performance.
- Compare actual results against budgets, forecasts and targets and identify significant deviations.
- Prepare regular financial and business reports, analyses and management summaries.
- Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Analyze costs and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare financial and economic analyses for business decisions and new initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, PMO and other departments to collect, validate and analyze relevant information.
- Consolidate and interpret data from different business areas and provide a clear overall view of performance.
- Develop and monitor relevant KPIs and performance indicators.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial, economic and business analysis as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of the information used for analysis and reporting.
***Requirements***
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, controlling, financial planning or a similar position.
- Strong financial and economic analysis skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and profitability.
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Ability to translate data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial reporting systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with different departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
