Talent Researcher C-suite
We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team and support our team of global consultants. The Hanson Search was founded 25 years ago and has frown into a global executive search business with teams across the UK, Europe, the UAE, and US. We’ve invested heavily in our platform, brand and marketing, so the name Hanson Search opens doors to senior leaders across an array of different industries.
This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the team to headhunt and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent. This is the ideal place to state a career in headhunting. You’ll work alongside experience consultants on live international searches. You’ll learn our markets inside out, sharpen your communication skills, and develop into a first-class head-hunter.
Details:
- Mon-Fri / 10-6pm CET
- 20 Holidays (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
-Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)
We are looking for:
- Diligent: you take pride in doing a job thoroughly and doing it right
- Detail oriented: you spot the small things (a job title, a date, a gap in a profile) that other people miss
- Persistent: a dead end doesn’t stop you. You try many angles, dig deep, and keep going until you find the perfect match.
- Curious: You want to understand how business and industries work, and who the key players are
- A strong communicator: your spoken and written English is excellent, and you’re confident in speaking with senior leaders.
- Organised: you can prioritise and meet tight deadlines across several live searches
- Tech-savvy: you’re comfortable with Linkedin, and other sourcing platforms and keen to use AI tools to work smarter
- Ambitious and positive: you’re motivated to build a successful career in recruitment and bring a mature can-do attitude.
