We are looking for a
**Kubernetes & Cloud Platform Specialist**
to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes platform administration, Linux systems, automation, and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to independently manage production environments, troubleshoot critical incidents, and continuously improve operational processes through automation and best practices.
**What You Will Do:**
- Administer and optimize production Kubernetes platforms (Rancher/RKE2, AKS/EKS), ensuring reliability, performance, and availability across cloud and on-premises environments;
- Automate infrastructure and operations using Ansible, Bash, Terraform/OpenTofu, and Infrastructure as Code practices;
- Manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize;
- Support cloud infrastructure, networking, security groups, load balancers, application gateways, and WAF solutions;
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and cloud environments;
- Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging;
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, documentation, runbooks, and postmortem activities;
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or similar roles;
- Hands-on experience with production Kubernetes platforms, including Rancher/RKE2 and preferably AKS (EKS is a plus);
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills;
- Experience with Ansible, Bash, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize;
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, security groups, load balancers, application gateways, and WAF solutions;
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana;
- Fluent Italian preferred; professional English required.
**Nice-to-have:**
- K3s;
- Keycloak, IAM, SSO, and OIDC integrations with Kubernetes;
- Kubernetes security (RBAC, Gatekeeper, Kyverno, secrets management);
- Storage and backup technologies (CSI drivers, NFS, Velero);
- AWS experience;
- Certifications such as CKA, CKS, AZ-104, or AZ-400.
**Working Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- Participation in an on-call rotation consisting of one week and one weekend per month;
