**HR Specialist**
to join our team in Tirana.
**Key requirement:**
Candidates must have
**a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience specifically in Human Resources.**
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee selection processes
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR documentation and employee files
• Manage onboarding, employment changes and termination procedures
• Monitor attendance, annual leave, permissions and workplace discipline
• Develop and implement internal HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee performance evaluation and development processes
• Support management in employee-related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal company procedures and Albanian labor legislation
• Contribute to building structured, efficient and professional HR processes within the company
**Requirements**
• Minimum
**5 years of documented experience in Human Resources**
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures
• Proven experience in recruitment and personnel administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally
• High level of responsibility, accuracy and professionalism
