**Role Description**
The Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for designing and overseeing building and infrastructure projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs and technical drawings, coordinating with engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure compliance with Eurocode and company quality standards. The Architect will review plans and specifications, conduct site visits, and provide guidance on materials, construction methods, and structural solutions. The role involves integrating design requirements with construction technology, resolving design and coordination issues, and supporting permitting and regulatory processes. The Architect will also contribute to project planning, timelines, and documentation, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within scope.
**Qualifications**
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including experience with building and civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design-related digital workflows.
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar), and familiarity with Eurocode or comparable building standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with eligibility for professional registration where applicable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, safe design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in steel and concrete structures, waterproofing, and insulation systems is highly beneficial; prior work in large-scale or industrial projects is a plus.
