Finstudio is an accounting and advisory practice supporting Albanian and international businesses with accounting, tax compliance, payroll, financial reporting, and practical business advice. We work closely with our clients, including foreign investors and Italian-speaking businesses, helping them establish and manage their operations in Albania.
To support our growing client portfolio, we are looking for an
**Experienced Accountant**
to join our office in Durrës.
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing client accounting independently, delivering accurate work, and building professional client relationships.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
- Managing day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of clients.
- Preparing reconciliations, monthly and year-end closings, and financial statements.
- Preparing tax returns and handling VAT, payroll, and related compliance requirements.
- Communicating with clients and providing practical support on accounting and tax matters.
**What we’re looking for:**
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least
**3 years of relevant experience**
, preferably in an accounting or advisory firm.
- Solid knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software Finance 5 and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- A proactive, responsible approach and good communication skills.
**Knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage**
, particularly in supporting our Italian-speaking clients.
