**Role Description**
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing steel, concrete, and metal structures for residential, civil, and industrial projects. Daily tasks include performing structural calculations, preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models, and ensuring compliance with Eurocode and local standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, civil engineers, site managers, and technicians to support safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. The Structural Engineer will also participate in site visits, construction supervision, and technical problem solving during project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana.
**Qualifications**
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations for steel, concrete, and metal structures, in line with Eurocode or equivalent standards.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for structural detailing and modeling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in construction.
- Previous experience in on-site construction environments and familiarity with waterproofing and insulation systems is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Albanian is beneficial.
